Dear Mr. Reid,

Good to be in email touch after my C-SPAN 'Washington Journal' call for you this morning asking how CBS News (and the other US networks) have not discussed the Ambassador Freeman situation. My call (followed by your response) comes at about 15 minutes into the segment which one can watch via clicking on the Flash video link at the following URL:

My good friend Dr. Stephen Sniegoski (author of 'The Transparent Cabal' about the neocons who pushed US into the Iraq quagmire in order to secure the realm for Israel) mentioned Ambassador Freeman in the following article which appeared at http://www.antiwar.com this past weekend:

Dr. Sniegoski has a good review of 'The Transparent Cabal' appearing in the soon to be published March issue of 'Middle East Policy' which is the publication associated with the Middle East Policy Council (MEPC) that Ambassador Freeman was the president of if he isn't still.

You might be interested in the email (included after the following) which I sent through to the 'Hearts & Minds' program on Press TV that had host (and former '60 Minutes' producer who wrote a book about JINSA/PNAC/AEI Neocon Richard Perle) Alan Weisman mention that CBS News hadn't covered the situation with Ambassador Freeman either (AIPAC and similar apparently went after Ambassador Freeman because he had the courage and honesty to convey that US support for Israel's brutal oppression of the Palestinians was a primary motivation for the tragic attacks on the World Trade Center on 9/11 just as my question for James Bamford did at the bottom of the following URL associated with James Bamford's 'The Spy Factory' NOVA documentary that aired recently on PBS - one can look up 'Israel as a terrorist's motivation' in the index of Bamford's 'A Pretext for War' book which I sent to Lara Logan as the paperback version includes an additional section about the ongoing AIPAC espionage case which the 'American' broadcast media has not been covering either):

Mr. Weisman had correctly mentioned that CBS News has not covered the Ambassador Freeman situation but incorrectly mentioned that the PBS 'Newshour' hadn't. Gwen Ifill (host of on PBS 'Newshour' for that evening) did (during her news synopsis on March 10th, 2009) briefly convey that Ambassador Freeman was pressured to withdraw by Israel supporters for his accurately conveying that US support for Israel was a motivation for 9/11:
