| Israeli terrorism expert: Suicide bombing attacks coming to US within months
Can take a look at the 'What Motivated the 9/11 Hijackers?' youtube linked on the lower right side of http://NEOCONZIONISTTHREAT.COM to see the exchange with Lee Hamilton of the 9/11 Commission as US support for Israel's brutal oppression of the Palestinians was the primary motivation for the tragic attacks on the World Trade Center in 1993 and on 9/11 as one can look up 'Israel as a terrorist's motivation' in the index of James Bamford's 'A Pretext for War' book as well.
The Israeli consultant mentioned below won't address US support of Israel (as a motivation for terror attacks against the US ). Will the following be the pretext used by the neocons to have US go to war with Iran next (the Mossad could easily be involved with such attacks on American soil after the USS Liberty and Lavon Affair both showed how Israeli treachery against US has already taken place in the past)?:

Juval Aviv was the Israeli Agent upon whom the movie ' Munich ' was based. He was Golda Meir's bodyguard--she appointed him to track down and bring to justice the Palestinian terrorists who took the Israeli athletes hostage and killed them during the Munich Olympic Games. (Aviv's bio is noted at end.)
He predicted the London subway bombing on the Bill O'Reilly show on Fox News stating publicly that it would happe n within a week. At the time, O'Reilly laughed and mocked him saying that in a week he wanted him back on the show. But, unfortunately, within a week the terrorist attack had occurred.
Now for his future predictions�. He predicts the next terrorist attack on the U.S. will occur within the next few months. Forget hijacking airplanes, because he says terrorists will NEVER try and hijack a plane again as they know the people onboard will never go down quietly again. Aviv believes ou r airport security is a joke--that we have been reactionary rather than proactive in developing strategies that are
truly effective. For example:
1) Our airport technology is outdated. We look for metal, and the new explosives are made of plastic.
2) He talked about how some idiot tried to light his shoe on fire. Because of that, now everyone has to take off their shoes. A group of idiots tried to bring aboard liquid explosives. Now we can't bring liquids on board. He says he's waiting for some suicidal maniac to pour liquid explosive on his underwear; at which point, security will have us all traveling naked! Every strategy we have is 'reactionary.'
3) We only focus on security when people are heading to the gates. Aviv says that if a terrorist attack targets airports in the future, they will target busy times on the front end of the airport when/where people are checking in. It would be easy for someone to take two suitcases of explosives, walk up to a busy check-in line, ask a person next to them to watch their bags for a minute while they go to the restroom, and then detonate the bags BEFORE security even gets involved. In Israel, security checks bags BEFORE people can even ENTER the airport.
Aviv says the next terrorist attack here in America is imminent and will involve suicide bombers and non-suicide bombers in places where large groups of people congregate. ( i.e., Disneyland, Las Vegas casinos, big cities (New York, San Francisco, Chicago, etc.) and that it will also include shopping malls, subways in rush hour, train stations, etc., as well as rural America this time (Wyoming, Montana, etc.).
The attack will be characterized by simultaneous detonations around the country (terrorists like big impact), involving at least 5-8 cities, including rural areas. Aviv says terrorists won't need to use suicide bombers in many of the larger cities, because at places like the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, they can simply valet park a car loaded with explosives and walk away.
Aviv says all of the above is well known in intelligence circles, but that our U. S. government does not want to 'alarm American citizens' with the facts.
The world is quickly going to become 'a different place,' and issues like 'global warming' and political correctness will become totally irrelevant.
On an encouraging note, he says the terrorists who want to destroy America will not use sophisticated weapons. They like to use suicide as a front-line approach. It's cheap, it's easy, it's effective; and they have an infinite abundance of young militants more than willing to 'meet their destiny.'
He also says the next level of terrorists, over which America should be most concerned, will not be coming from abroad. But will be, instead, 'homegrown' - having attended and been educated in our own schools and universities right here in the U. S. He says to look for 'students' who frequently travel back and forth to the Middle East. These young terrorists will be most dangerous because they will know our language and will fully understand the habits of Americans; but that we Americans won't know/understand a thing about them.
Aviv says that, as a people, Americans are unaware and uneducated about the terroristic threats we will, inevitably, face. America still has only a handfu l of Arabic and Farsi speaking people in our intelligence networks, and Aviv says it is critical that we change that fact - SOON.
So, what can America do to protect itself? From an intelligence perspective, Aviv says the U.S. needs to stop relying on satellites and technology for intelligence. We need to, instead, follow Israel's, Ireland's and England's hands-on examples of human intelligence, both from an infiltration perspective as well as to trust 'aware' citizens to help.
We need to engage and educate ourselves as citizens; however, our U. S. government continues to treat us, its citizens, 'like babies.' Our government thinks we 'can't handle the truth' and are concerned that we'll panic if we understand the realities of terrorism. Aviv says this is a deadly mistake.
Aviv recently created/ex ecuted a security test for our Congress, by placing an empty briefcase in five well-traveled spots in five major cities. The results? Not one person called 911 or sought a policeman to check it out. In fact, in Chicago, someone tried to steal the briefcase!
In comparison, Aviv says that citizens of Israel are so well 'trained that an unattended bag or package would be reported in seconds by citizen(s) who know to publicly shout, 'Unattended Bag.' The area would be quickly & calmly cleared by the citizens themselves. But, unfortunately, America hasn't been yet 'hurt enough' by terrorism for their government to fully understand the need to educate its citizens or for the government to understand that it's their citizens who are, inevitably, the best first-line of defense against terrorism.
Aviv also was concerned20about the high number of children here in America who were in preschool and kindergarten after 9/11, who were 'lost' without parents being able to pick them up, and about ours schools that had no plan in place to best care for the students until parents could get there. (In New York City , this was days, in some cases!)
He stresses the importance of having a plan, that's agreed upon within your family, to respond to in the event of a terroristic emergency. He urges parents to contact their children's schools and demand that the schools, too, develop plans of actions, as they do in Israel.
Does your family know what to do if you can't contact one another by phone? Where would you gather in an emergency? He says we should all have a plan that is easy enough for even our youngest children to remember and follow.
Aviv says that the U. S. government has in force a plan that, in the event of another terrorist attack, will immediately cut-off EVERYONE's ability to use cell phones, blackberries, etc., as this is the preferred communication source used by terrorists and is often the way that their bombs are detonated. How will you communicate with your loved ones in the event you cannot speak? You need to have a plan.

In remarks made over the weekend in Seattle, Democratic vice
presidential candidate Joseph Biden warned that Barack Obama, if
elected president, would be compelled to take deeply unpopular actions
in both domestic and foreign policy within months of taking office.
In closed-door gatherings with two audiences of Democratic Party
insiders and fundraisers, Biden forecast a major international crisis
in the first six months of an Obama administration.
He compared Obama to John F. Kennedy, the last senator to be elected
president. "It will not be six months before the world tests Barack
Obama like they did John Kennedy," Biden said. "The world is looking.
We're about to elect a brilliant 47-year-old senator president of the
United States of America. Watch. We're going to have an international
crisis, a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy."
Biden mentioned the Middle East, Afghanistan, Pakistan, North Korea
and Russia as potential points of conflict, but did not spell out the
exact nature of such a crisis, observing, "I can give you at least
four or five scenarios from where it might originate." He made it
clear that Obama would respond forcefully: "They're going to want to
test him. And they're going to find out this guy's got steel in his
spine."
The most politically significant portion of Biden's remarks came when
he admitted that the decisions of an Obama-Biden administration were
likely to be deeply unpopular, and he called on the Democratic Party
regulars to stand behind the new president even when public opinion
turned against him.
"He's going to need help," Biden said. "He's going to need you—not
financially to help him—we're going to need you to use your influence,
your influence within the community, to stand with him. Because it's
not going to be apparent initially, it's not going to be apparent that
we're right."
He continued, "There are going to be a lot of you who want to go,
'Whoa, wait a minute, yo, whoa, whoa, I don't know about that
decision.' Because if you think the decision is sound when they're
made, which I believe you will when they're made, they're not likely
to be as popular as they are sound. Because if they're popular,
they're probably not sound."
Here is the voice of a longtime representative of the financial
aristocracy, voicing his contempt for public opinion—"if decisions are
popular, they're probably not sound"—and warning his wealthy audience
that the new Obama-Biden administration will have to defy public
opinion to carry out its policies. Biden's language suggests that the
ferocity of the new administration's response will shock not only
public opinion, but even its own supporters.
In that context, one must point out Biden's suggestions that nuclear
weapons might play a role in one or more of the potential crises. A
nuclear-armed Korean Peninsula could lead to "Japan as a nuclear
power," he said, which could push China into expanding its nuclear
weaponry. The Pakistan-Afghanistan border is "crawling with Al Qaeda"
and "Pakistan is already bristling with nuclear weapons, all of which
can hit Israel." Biden also noted Iran's alleged drive to build a
nuclear weapon.
Foreign policy journals and pundits linked to the Democratic Party
have undoubtedly been discussing many such doomsday scenarios, and
Biden's language suggests that the use of the US nuclear arsenal, the
world's largest, is under consideration by those who are formulating
the foreign and military policy of an Obama-Biden administration.
Biden himself has been one of the most hawkish on foreign policy among
leading congressional Democrats, backing the invasion and occupation
of Afghanistan and Iraq and advocating a US-led military intervention
in Darfur. During the Democratic presidential primary campaign, he was
the most vociferous of all the candidates in denouncing antiwar
protest groups seeking a cutoff of funds for the war in Iraq.
Biden's expectation of widespread popular hostility to an Obama
administration applies not only to foreign and military policy, but to
domestic policy. He told the Seattle audience, "I promise you, you all
are going to be sitting here a year from now going, 'Oh my God, why
are they there in the polls, why is the polling so down, why is this
thing so tough?' We're going have to make some incredibly tough
decisions in the first two years."
The Democratic candidate did not spell out the exact nature of these
"incredibly tough decisions," other than to refer to the financial and
economic crisis and two wars being bequeathed by the Bush
administration to its successor.
In the wake of these blunt and ominous comments, there have been
disingenuous attempts to explain them away from both parties.

Osama Bin Laden wants a vote, so beware a late October suprise

Will Osama Bin Laden have anything to say about the U.S. presidential race? Does our economic implosion make us an even more tempting target?
Al Qaeda has a history of trying to influence elections, most notably with the 2004 train attacks in Madrid. Just three days before Spain's prime ministerial elections, 10 bombs left 191 dead- and Al Qaeda affiliates swung the election away from the incumbent, who supported the coalition wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and toward the challenger, a vociferous critic of U.S. foreign policy.
Seven months later, Bin Laden attempted to disrupt the presidential race between George W. Bush and John Kerry. His videotaped statement, released just days before the elections, seemed to support Kerry - driving some voters toward Bush. According to 2006 reporting by Ron Suskind, CIA analysts concluded that Bin Laden knew that voters would react in this way and his message was "clearly designed to assist the President's reelection."

If Bin Laden wants to engineer a late-October surprise in 2008, an attack on a significant American economic target may be one of the most tempting opportunities he has had in recent years. One of his goals on 9/11 was to undermine our markets; he has bragged of what he calls the "success of the bleed-until-bankruptcy plan." Given our current financial turmoil, Bin Laden may believe that a strike against the U.S.could push our economy over the edge.
Bin Laden may have already begun to weigh in on our coming elections. Last month, Al Qaeda launched an assault against the American Embassy in Yemen, including plans to slaughter the embassy staff. It was repelled only because of the heroics of local guards. If history is any guide, we should expect to see more terror in the coming weeks.
U.S. intelligence is worried. The 2007 National Intelligence Estimate said that Al Qaeda has reconstituted and may again be capable of hitting the U.S. mainland. U.S. intelligence agencies have also recently warned of Al Qaeda using "European-looking" operatives. Though trained in places like Pakistan, they may well have European passports and clean records - meaning they can enter the U.S. without a visa andwon't be on any customs or police watch lists.
State and local police, as wellas commercial security officials, should be especially vigilant in guarding high-value financial sites. Preparations to prevent car- or truck-borne bombs should be enhanced and searches of building entrants should be increased, and such searches should be random or based on behavioral recognition.
This is a critical election for AlQaeda. The U.S.-led invasions of two Muslim countries during the Bush years and scandals such as Abu Ghraib have been aboon for Bin Laden's demagoguery. He and other Islamists continually (and dishonestly) cite these wars as evidence of a U.S. war on Islam. That has helped create a steady stream of suicide bombers eager to destroy U.S. targets on their way to paradise.
Bin Laden is likely to believe that a President John McCain - who has jokingly sung of bombing Iran and who championed the troop surge in Iraq - is more likely to engender Muslim anger and resentment than would his opponent. Indeed, international polls, including those in Muslim countries, show striking support for Barack Obama.
Put simply: Bin Laden probably realizes it could become markedly more difficult to paint the United States as the "Great Satan" with a new President who is admired internationally. The remaining 14 days before the elections should be seen as a time of high threat, and state and local police should be on high alert. With so much at stake in these elections, Bin Laden will probably attempt to make his opinion count.
