| The AIPAC "Maverick" Cowboy claims that there wasn't a gag order but provides no proof. In order for his argument to be "true", then every survivor on the USS Liberty would have been giving interviews from the time they returned home til today. He provides examples 20-30 years after the fact from a few people. To him, this somehow proves that no "gag order" was placed on this obvious covered up false flag operation.
Most gag orders are for a few years, until the event is no longer in the public eye. Unless the AIPAC "Maverick" Cowboy can provide news clippings that detail the stories from many outraged survivors (especially high ranking officers) from within the "hot" time-frame of 0-5 years from the time of the event, then his thesis is meaningless, irrelevant, no class propaganda. I don't believe such outrage was ever printed during the years that the USS Liberty was on the minds of folks back then. This tacitly implies a gag order was in place.
