The Navy Court finding of facts, plus testimony of various members of the crew indicate reconnaissance overflights of the Liberty at 0515, 0850, 1030, 1056, 1126, 1145, 1220, and 1245.” [all times local] indicate. As our resident robot, with his distinct eye patch refuses to let his 'comrades' have their first day in an open court, we'll have to second guess as to why the USS Liberty was attacked, but I'm convinced that even a lobotomized drone will be able to phantom the basic principles of circumstantial evidence.
