| Nothing happened to a single Israeli participant who was involved in the USS Liberty attack. Nothing. The report to investigate IDF culpability to determine if court martial were applicable even laid blame on the USS Liberty itself.
Israel never even paid real damages. Even today, it's a source of pride that they stuck it to the Americans and got away with it, get paid for it and have never even honored the Liberty dead. A dead Goy is a good thing after all.

Perhaps there should be a first time honest open investigation and that question might just get asked after 41 years of stonewalling.
