Why? Is your drawing being presented as video of the actual event?
As to your timing questions, would it not be honest to relate the incidents you refer to, to Chief Thompson's testimony? | It's a simulation -- a cartoon (animated GIF) of certain events.

Would be a lot more meaningful if the NCOI had not run such an inconclusive sloppy rush to a pre-determined investigation.

| I can't imagine any President would allow the secrets of the Liberty to be revealed..I doubt if we will ever know the truth of why the US government betrayed our men ..and it wouldn't be the firsr or last time either...Just remember JFK and that betrayal...all done by the same people..
