| Ignore Ennes as usual. You cannot specifically prove that ALL frequencies were jammed nor can you refute. The findings conclude that jamming DID occurred from testimony and the DOI agreed.. You don't support the USS Liberty vets or their families.

Chief Radioman Smith's testimony on page 96 says all of the frequencies were 'jammed'.
Chief Radioman Smith was in charge of USS Liberty radio operation. Ennes was not.
