So why would Israel jam US Navy radars never explaining that "Egyptian horse carriers" do not have that capability which Israel to this day says it thought it was attacking.

The 1967 NSA report includes notations about radio transmissions from the USS Liberty.

The crew also testified that they experienced difficulty communicating because their transmitter was set to an incorrect frequency.
The crew also testified under oath that what they were interpreting as 'jamming' only occurred during straffing runs.
The crew also testified that they were able to communicate with the fleet by radio.
The 6th Fleet acknowledged that they received transmissions from the Liberty.

The testimony from the crew was that they believed that radio frequencies were being jammed. Exactly where do they say radar was being jammed, and exactly where is your evidence that Egyptian war vessels did not have radar?
