| Israelis were interviewed since.
Besides, it is quite common for a military to not provide its people for investigations.
The US refused to provide its people when a US friendly fire incident killed 9 Brits in the Gulf War. | |

The House Armed Services Committee, Investigation Subcommittee did not issue a report other than the letter to Joe Meadors advising the investigation had been concluded. No hearings were conducted.
"Actually we were routinely in contact with Mavroules and staff--always asking when the investigation [emphasis added; apparently he meant hearing--see below] was going to take place but being told that none had been scheduled."

Please provide a link as to where the Israeli eyewitnesses are/have been interviewed or interrogated by said Navy court or any of the other ‘investigations.’
You know, the guys who actually attacked and murdered 34 fellow Americans and wounded over 170 more.

When are the accused in a cover-up allowed to dictate what the evidence shall be and how shall it be used?
