The Guardian has obtained this police footage of Emily Apple and Val Swain being arrested by surveillance officers after asking for their badge numbers at the Kingsnorth climate camp last year. The two women speak to Paul Lewis about their arrest, imprisonment and official complaint

| Good to see that the Police Officer involved has been exposed and no doubt a Police Inquiry by Police Complaints commission (from another Police Force) will review this incident.
I'm sorry but I cant pretend to have sympathy for a mother of a 4 year old who chose to join her friends on a Protest.
I was appalled by the foul language from these young women. I can only think its the sort of language they'll also teach their children.
Gawd help'em.
