The caption on the article for the image above states , "Face of extremism: A BNP member waits for results in Southampton".
The image is of a White, male middle aged indigeous Briton sipping a pint of lager.
It is an image of virtually every British White middle aged male in the country, minus the suit for jeans and a t-shirt.
If the White Middle Class elite and the Corporate Media define and propogate the idea that the White Working Class are 'extremists' and hence a threat, then they must be regarded as threats to the safety of the nation.

Earlier yesterday evening, protesters stopped BNP leader Nick Griffin from attending the election count at Manchester Town hall.
‘It is a historic breakthrough. It is a great moment for democracy. Labour has helped to turn this country into a crime-ridden slum with no industry left.
‘We are not a racist party. We do say this country is full up. The key thing is to shut the door.’

Frankly , its not only "the corporate elite" who dont want - BORDERS - I , a mere insignificant mortal . would also welcome a world without national borders, as in John Lennon's - Imagine.

Never the less, there's much to be said for closer internationalization + reduction of artificial barriers between people.
BTW - I've got a sister/nieces + nephews down there, all still with dual nationalities..
Are'nt " the Australian nation " not just a collection of people of different national origins ?

| Yes that doesn't mean we don't want borders though. Sounds like you are absolutely with the globalists and you like these big homogenous market places . Sounds like you want even more globalism and free trade and the WTO and WHO and One World government and NATO and more wars for corporations.
In fact it is not clear what you don't like.
It doesn't matter what the colour of your skin is but we need more nationalism and loyalty in our countries.

I can't remember you taking the trouble of asking me , did you ? hmm..
Not sure what you mean by "loyality to country" , do you mean one should slavishly obey our rulers - whichever Government happen to be in power ?
What do you mean by "more nationalism " - standing hand on heart like the Yanks bleary eyed when a flag is raised /national anthem played ?
The trouble with nationalism it can easily become like a drug/intoxicant and one can end up hateing other nationals.
