| Conspiracy theorists ignore several facts:
The remains of the bodies of the crew and passengers of American Airlines flight 77 were found at the Pentagon crash site, and positively identified by DNA.
The flight’s black box was also recovered at the site.
Numerous eyewitnesses saw the plane strike the Pentagon. Some saw passengers through the plane’s windows. Missiles don’t have windows or carry passengers.
Numerous photographs show airplane debris at the crash site, as was also witnessed by survivors and rescue personnel.

This thread does not contain any conspiracy theories. You are the first one to reply, and bringing up ‘conspiracy theories’ without any being present defies all logic and sets the tone of your appraoch.
Five years after the facts and we still haven’t seen the full video surveillance cameras’ footage. The Pentagon is not just a governmental building, it is –or was supposed to be- well protected. Meaning, nobody can/could just walk, or in this case fly, in without it being noted and recorded. We have been shown a selective 5 frames, recorded by one camera. Even if there’s nothing to be seen on any of the others, the government’s unwillingness to share or show them becomes very suspicious, because there’s no reason to play the ‘National Security’ trump card any longer.
This government could put all speculations to rest, if it did one thing: be honest. This government however, has been exposed as one willing to lie to its people and the world, thus, in all fairness, one cannot but wonder why this very same government is so reluctant to ‘open up’ and show/share all the evidence it has collected over the past 5 years.
In order to reach a sound verdict we need all the evidence available and not whatever this government thinks we should know.
Either this government tries to hide its incompetence or, in a worse-case-scenario, tries to cover up something way more sinister.

The very fact that the statement says "alleged" attack opens the string to response to the opinions that it may not have happened.

| The most heavily fortified building on planet earth had 45 camera's on its walls, where's the footage of that metal bird coming in? According to the news reports, that bird came in flying at tree top level, right? Check here to see what the turbulence would've been like.........

The military obviously has it. It makes perfect sense that they would reveal as little as possible about Pentagon surveillance and security.
Besides, with the hundreds of eyewitnesses, the video is quite unnecessary.

. The Bush administration doesn`t have the right to decide something like that for me, you or anyone else.

No, actually you do not have a right if there are security interests involved. And the hundreds of eyewitnesses make the video irrelevant.

| 45 cams on the walls of that buuilding and they can't even provide one clear shot of an incoming metal bird? Tapes confiscated from a nearby hotel and garage by the feds and never returned? WHY?? What are they hiding? Why did the 'pilot' decide to do a neck breaking turn around the building and then come in low from the side at a point under repair? Even well experienced pilots and have commented that this was the work of a very experienced pilot. (A retired official from German aerospace even told me personally, that it's well known by their people that the pilot had the skill of a test pilot, not some maniacal Abdab who couldn't even fly a crop duster)

That doesn’t change anything about their proven unreliability. The security cameras which have captured images of the doomed flight have nothing to do with national security. That’s a fallacy and bogus argument
2 - No, actually you do not have a right if there are security interests involved.
Oh yes, I do. Without evidence I cannot reach a verdict and I categorically refuse to believe a government that has lied to me when they tell me “Sorry, dude. National security.” There’s nothing ‘secret’ about a plane hitting the Pentagon – see also 1
