| This is from the Fifth Anniversary September 11, 2006 issue of TIME. There are other related stories as well. What they report, don't report, observe and don't observe, assume and neglect is the real story. There will be many like it. This issue will end up as a "holy"/relic souvenir issue held by a lot of people long into the future and still damning and condemning any conspiracy theories and it's real purpose limiting discourse while towing the official line. SECRECY SURROUNDS A BUSH BROTHER'S ROLE IN 9/11 SECURITY

WASHINGTON, Jan 19, 2003 -- A company that provided security at New York City's World Trade Center, Dulles International Airport in Washington, D.C., and to United Airlines between 1995 and 2001, was backed by a private Kuwaiti-American investment firm with ties to a brother of President Bush and the Bush family, according to records obtained by the American Reporter.
Two planes hijacked on Sept. 11, 2001 were United Airlines planes, and another took off from Dulles International Airport; two, of course, slammed into the World Trade Center. But the Bush Administration has never disclosed the ties of a presidential brother and the Bush family with the firm that intersected the weapons and targets on a day of national tragedy.
Marvin P. Bush, a younger brother of George W. Bush, was a principal in the company from 1993 to 2000, when most of the work on the big projects was done. But White House responses to 9/11 have not publicly disclosed the company's part in providing security to any of the named facilities, and many of the public records revealing the relationships are not public.
Nonetheless, public records reveal that the firm, formerly named Securacom, listed Bush on its board of directors and as a significant shareholder. The firm, now named Stratesec, Inc., is located in Sterling, Va., a suburb of Washington, D.C., and emphasizes federal clients. Bush is no longer on the board.
Marvin Bush has not responded to repeated telephoned and emailed requests for comment on this story.
The American Stock Exchange delisted Stratesec's stock in October 2002. Securacom also had a contract to provide security at Los Alamos National Laboratories, notorious for its security breaches and physical and intellectual property thefts.
According to its present CEO, Barry McDaniel, the company had an ongoing contract to handle security at the World Trade Center "up to the day the buildings fell down." Yet instead of being investigated, the company and companies involved with it have benefited from legislation pushed by the Bush White House and rubber-stamped by Congressional Republicans. Stratesec, its backer KuwAm, and their corporate officers stand to benefit from limitations on liability and national-security protections from investigation provided in bills since 9/11. |

9/11: DNA testing could identify thousands of unidentified remains

New DNA technology is reportedly to be used in a bid to identify remains of New York's September 11 victims which are still unclaimed, giving hope to more than 1,000 families, who did not have their loved ones body to bury.
The city's Medical Examiner's Office is set to pay 1.5 million dollars (£790,000) to a firm that will use a powerful, computer-based system to match damaged or partial DNA samples with those provided by relatives, according to the New York Post.
Identifiable remains of some 42 per cent of those killed when the World Trade Centre was attacked - 1,151 out of 2,749 victims - are yet to be found, despite painstaking efforts.
A total of 20,730 remains, which include tiny bone fragments and tissue, have been recovered in the last five years. But 9,797 of them have not been identified.
That figure includes 760 remains found on top of the wrecked Deutsche Bank building at Ground Zero in recent months.
Cybergenetics, the Pittsburgh-based firm which will reportedly take on the task, says its TrueAllele system aims to extract more information from existing DNA samples than previously possible, and can reanalyse samples 1,000 times faster than current methods.
The intense fires that burned in the wreckage of the twin towers have made identification more difficult.
Rose Foti, who lost her firefighter son Robert when the buildings collapsed, told the Post: "I didn't have a coffin. I didn't have any remains. This is better than nothing."
Margie Miller, whose husband Joel was killed, said: "We look to all opportunities to have some resolution so families can have a proper burial.
