A single sentence doesn't count as an opinion piece. If you wish to expand on the sentence you have presented then go ahead, being careful to give clear examples of the bias you claim as well as the facts you speak of.

Despite all prior warnings government failed at every level, as testified to by the 911 Commission. Failure at every level is as clear an indication of incompetence as is possible. If it wasn't incompetence and they weren't involved in the actual attacks then there only remains the possibility they preformed to expectation or in the region of expectation at least. However, considering they failed at every level it is clear that expectations were not met or even approached. Incompetence has been rolled out as the excuse, although nobody has been reprimanded as a result, with some even being promoted or awarded honours. As always, the official verdict stinks and makes no sense at all. This is mainly due to the inability of anyone in government to accept any responsibility for anything adverse in nature. Katrina was a further demonstration of shattering incompetence and compounded and placed in context the failures of 11/9. This is why, for the more gullible amongst us, incompetence is offered as an option in the poll. Otherwise the two more realistic options are presented and already appear to be making the running. There is nothing wrong with the poll. It is an accurate reflection of the possibilities.
The purpose of this thread is clear enough. I asked you to expand on your initial sentence with an accounting of the facts you speak of. Instead you simply make a claim in absence of the facts. There should be no more of this. This is not how we will proceed in this forum. If you want to make a statement then back it up with reasoned dialogue and facts when they are available. Otherwise say nothing. This is the final request I'll make of you regarding strict adherence to the guidelines.

Training and funding of Al Qaeda operatives for years.

| I think the USG was aware of the attack before it happened. This explains the President's reaction (look) as the news was reported, regarding the plane hitting the first tower.
The US intelligence world must have also known the extent to which Israeli spies had/have infiltrated the country.
These spies, I believe are the architects of this plan, they are the ones who facilitated the operation.
For me, it's hard to believe 19 arabs can orchestrate such an operation. My experience with them has been that you can't get 4 of them to fight their way out of a bathroom.
They are for the most part incompetent people when it comes to detailed operations complex problems. They don't tend to think for themselves and want others to do the work for them.
I know this is a generalization, but that's what I've seen.
