The problem with human shields is that to make a difference, the attackers have to care if you are killed. |
Somehow, I don't think that Bush and Blair care enough about anyone, including their own people. Another problem with human shields is that they are perfect propaganda fodder for 'the enemy' to use for their own purpose.
