| Israel OWNS USA - politicians brought with US taxpayers $$$ When Sharon said "Israel owns the USA" he is not joking. American politicians at every level are purchased by AIPAC the Israeli lobbyist organization and when AIPAC buys a US politician that politician better dance to Israel's instructions or else. If they do not the Jewish dominated media in the USA will drop a Chandra Levy or a Monica Lewensky story in that politicians lap. Here is how it works. The country of Israel with perhaps 4 million residences gets 3 billion in direct aid from the USA every year then another 2 or 3 billion in loan guarantees and finally an unknown amount of military arms, probably gratis. Some of the arms and technology are stamped product of Israel and sold to China for a hefty profit. A portion of the US aid funds Israel's welfare system, many do not have to work in Israel it's a free ride. Another slice of the US aid goes to fund research and business expansion. Then a large chunk of the aid is sent back to the USA via AIPAC. The returned money is used to buy US politicians who are building retirement nest eggs. American politicians like this system and who would not. So, our politicians support and expand aid to Israel knowing a portion of the money will come back to their bank accounts. Sweet ! Israel does own the USA and the USA was purchase with our own taxpayer dollars. It is one huge money laundering scheme! Change this system by voting. | 1. In the US, campaign contributions are legal, within limits, as long as they are reported. 2. Where are your numbers about contributions from Arab/Muslim individuals and organizations? You can start with McKinney's campaign. Many thousands of dollars from out-of-state Arab/Muslim individuals and organizations. 3. Where is your comparison to other political interest groups? | | | | Guest | | | | *Mutt American | | Posted: Thu Oct 03, 2002 4:03 am Post subject: |
| You talk about spin? Where are your comparative numbers? Besides, you assume a cause/effect relationship that could just as well go the opposite way. Certain members of Congress get campaign support because voting their conscience makes them popular with certain people or organizations. There is no evidence that these people are "bought". | | | | Guest | | | | Guest | | | | *Mutt American | | Posted: Sat Oct 05, 2002 4:21 am Post subject: |
| Their constituents elected them. The money that goes to Israel is a good investment. Most of it returns to the US in purchases, and Israel is a good military ally. What to we get from the billions that go to Egypt each year? | | | | *Mutt American | | Posted: Sat Oct 05, 2002 4:25 am Post subject: |
| Government bought for $2,044,606? With that kind of chump change? Contributions by "industry" for the 2000 election cycle include: Defense $13,475,751 Labor $83,700,230 Health $94,876,741 Insurance $41,340,207 Lawyers/Lobbyists $130,544,585 Energy/Resources $65,884,589 Transportation $56,824,943 Construction $56,015,636 Agribusiness $59,215,119 Comm/Electronics $135,645,555 Misc Business $175,373,097 Ideology $81,884,249 Other $148,418,093 Total campaign funds raised in the 2000 election cycle by office... President $528,900,000 Senate $476,627,418 House of Reps $596,066,110 $2,044,606? It might buy lunch. | | | | Guest | | Posted: Thu Oct 17, 2002 1:03 am Post subject: |
| | One might observe on the 'bought Congress' side of the scale, that one of the thing gotten out of millions sent ot Egypt each year is Egyptian politicians committed to keeping Egypt out of a war posture with Israel. That is, those millions, as well as many more sent to politicians in other countries surrounding Israel, should be added to the annual cost to the US taxpayer for Israel. But of course payola is just one category of the cost. | | | | Guest | | Posted: Tue Oct 22, 2002 1:46 am Post subject: |
| ]w w w . h a a r e t z d a i l y . c o m Israeli PM plans to ask U.S. for aid that could top $10 billion An inter-ministerial team headed by Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's bureau chief, Dov Weisglass, is working on a proposal requesting American economic assistance that could top $10 billion. An inter-ministerial team headed by Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's bureau chief, Dov Weisglass, is working on a proposal requesting American economic assistance that could top $10 billion. The team includes representatives from the treasury, the Foreign Ministry and the Defense Ministry. A government source said the reason for the aid request stems from the United States' expected campaign against Iraq coupled with the American desire that Israel not interfere with Washington's plans or use IDF troops against Iraq. Sources at the Prime Minister's Office said yesterday that American readiness to provide economic assistance has not been made in concrete terms. However, a number of ideas have cropped up in Jerusalem over the type of aid Israel could use: cash, guarantees for low-interest bank loans from American banks, direct state-to-state loans from the U.S. treasury, and the conversion of some American defense aid into shekels. Currently, Washington provides Israel $2.1 billion a year that must be spent in the United States on defense supplies. One proposal is for $2 billion to be converted to shekels and used to purchase defense equipment from Israeli manufacturers in the hope that it would invigorate the Israeli economy. The final proposal will be worked out by the inter-ministerial committee and the White House. Discussions about economic aid came up during the prime minister's recent trip to Washington, and, in particular, during talks between Weisglass and National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice. Weisglass said the aid was necessary to get the Israeli economy moving; U.S. President George W. Bush mentioned American confidence in Israel's economy during a White House press conference with Sharon after their meeting last week. Other than the annual economic aid, Israel expects fulfillment of a July 2000 decision made by then-president Bill Clinton to then-premier Ehud Barak for a $800 million grant. Since then, the sum has dropped to $200 million, and discussions were frozen, for bureaucratic reasons, after Clinton left office, according to the Americans. But with help of pro-Israel congressmen, discussions are expected to resume at the beginning of the new year. Maybe the US will be able to jew them down though I doubt it | | | | | ©2002-2009 WarWithoutEnd.co.uk |
