Last I heard, Israel was a "secular" state, and we cannot be anti-semitic to a state. If they said something like, "who caused Cynthia McKinney to lose her seat?" and the answer was "Jews." You might have a case. But, of course, that is the truth, so it is not really hateful, but factual.
So, I am a Semite, in that I am a descendant of the Middle East, and my ancestors have probably been to Israel, or Palestine, depending on how far back we go, but this was definitely not an insult to me as a Semite. Yes, that is the best thought all year. Let's attack Israel instead. We need to just demilitarize that entire region. These people act like children, and children shouldn't have weapons. It's that simple.
We need to send arms inspectors in Israel instead to catalog our stolen fissile materials and return them to the US. Israelis have proved themselves just completely irresponsible and violent. I mean it is just crazy to bulldoze people's houses and to treat other human beings as less than animals. (That's right, I wanna see Sharon and his cohorts in the Hague answering up for war crimes and crimes against humanity.
Let's reconsider the 1948 UN Res for the formation of Israel. Let's create a competely new democratic state free from human rights abuses and religious zealots. Introduction
In 1975, following a conference in Mexico, the UN General Assembly approved the following resolution, supported by Arab, African and Soviet bloc states, asserting that Zionism is

This is what the United States considers a friend and "ally"? I think if you look at all the harm that Israel has caused the U.S. including such things as the attack on the USS Liberty, the Jonathan Pollards, the loss of the friendship of the Arab nations and other countries around the word, the attack on the WTC caused by our one-sided foreign Middle East Policy, the $billion of lost income tax revenues due to Israeli charities, the theift of our nuclear weapons technology, the corruption of our political leaders by the Israeli lobby, and of course, the more than $100 billion of foreign aid over the past 30 years, is proof enough that Israel is the country that the U.S. should be considering to attack, not Iraq. What harm has Iraq ever done to America?
Concerns in U.S. about Israel-China arms deals

WASHINGTON, Aug 30 (Reuters) - China and Russia have faced repeated U.S. sanctions for their arms sales, but a largely unheralded player in what Washington considers the troubling proliferation game is Israel, one of the closest U.S. allies.
The Jewish state, recipient annually of $3 billion in U.S. aid, is second only to Russia as a weapons provider to China, U.S. congressional investigators say.
Some experts fear sensitive U.S. technology may show up via Israel in systems sold by China to Iran and North Korea, which President George W. Bush termed "axis of evil" states after the Sept. 11 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.
"Israel ranks second only to Russia as a weapons system provider to China and as a conduit for sophisticated military technology, followed by France and Germany," according to a recent report by the U.S.-China Security Review Commission, a panel established by Congress to examine security and economic relations between the two countries.
"Recent upgrades in target acquisition and fire control, probably provided by Israeli weapons specialists, have enhanced the capabilities of the older guided missile destroyers and frigates" in the Chinese navy's inventory, it said.
The commission, which holds hard-line views on China, cited Israel as a supplier to Beijing of radar systems, optical and telecommunications equipment, drones and flight simulators.
"Israel has established itself as an important exporter of high-technology niche weapons containing more sophisticated technology than what is provided by Russia," it said.
WORRYING RELATIONSHIP
"Among the people who are aware of this (Israel-China) trade, there is a consensus that this is not a healthy relationship," commission chairman Richard D'Amato told Reuters. "There is a growing consensus that transfers of these technologies is worrisome given the balance of power in the Taiwan Straits," he said.
D'Amato referred to the fact that Israel-China cooperation persists even as Washington has sold increasingly sophisticated weapons to Taiwan as a defense against China.
Beijing considers the island a renegade and has pledged to use force, if needed, to achieve eventual reunification.
This creates an ironic possibility: In the event of war, China, with weapons supplied or enhanced by Israel that may have been supplied or enhanced by the United States, would face Taiwan, armed with U.S.-made jets and other military hardware.
In November 2000, China promised not to assist any country in developing ballistic missiles that could be used to deliver nuclear weapons and to enact strict export-control rules.
But Beijing only just now published the export rules and in the interim, the CIA said Chinese firms provided dual-use missile-related items, raw materials, and/or assistance to several countries of proliferation concern, including Iran, North Korea, and Libya.
Two senior U.S. officials told Reuters there has been little attention given to China-Israel arms ties since Bush took office.
Issues that could draw criticism of Israel are sensitive in America, where pro-Israel interests wield considerable clout.
"It is a concern when anybody sells the Chinese advanced systems -- and the Israeli systems are very advanced -- that we might, at one point, find ourselves opposite those systems in the hands of the Chinese," said one senior U.S. official.
But, he added, "I'd be more concerned about it if there was more evidence of (recent) activity" between Israel and China.
The Washington Times in July said U.S. intelligence identified an Israeli-made anti-radar weapon, the unmanned "Harpy" drone, deployed with Chinese forces opposite Taiwan.
A U.S. government source confirmed to Reuters that Israel provided the weapon to China. He called the transfer "astounding" because it is a key weapon that, in China's hands, could impair the effectiveness of U.S. Aegis cruisers.
China, a rising economic and military power, has embarked on a major military modernization and some U.S. officials and analysts view Beijing as a serious potential threat.
BUT DOUBTS PERSIST
Despite the U.S.-China Security Review Commission's concerns, some analysts doubt Israel made any significant recent transfers to China.
Two years ago, under U.S. pressure, Israel suspended the sale to Beijing of four $250 million-a-copy advanced early warning Phalcon aircraft, similar to U.S. AWACS planes.
The proposed deal alarmed the Pentagon and infuriated some members of Congress, who threatened to cut U.S. military aid to Israel if the lucrative deal went through.
U.S. officials and other knowledgeable sources say Israel was stunned at the vehement U.S. reaction and this made Israel even more cautious about future deals with China.
The proposed Phalcon deal "involved indigenous Israeli technology and would have provided lots of jobs for our defense industries," an Israeli official told Reuters.
But it was canceled "because Israel has an understanding with the United States that we will not act in a way that will endanger U.S. national security interests," he said.
"I think Phalcon was a watershed. It showed the level of our commitment" to the United States, said the Israeli official, who spoke on condition of anonymity.
Added a senior U.S. official, "Before the Israelis get in another situation where they are crosswise with us, they'll think twice about it -- the last flap still reverberates."
But D'Amato disagreed. "We still think they are involved in this in a serious way," including high-tech intelligence exchanges and a sharing of missile technology.
Israel began an arms relationship with China in the Cold War with U.S. backing as a means of balancing off the Soviet Union. But the ties have increasingly troubled Washington.
Six years ago, U.S. government reports accused Israel of illegally transferring U.S. technology from the largely U.S.-funded Lavi fighter plane program to China. China's new F-10 fighter jet is said to be nearly identical to the Lavi.
Analysts said that in addition to reaping profits and lowering defense production costs, Israel believes arms sales to China raises its influence with Beijing and gains it vital intelligence about its enemies, with whom China does business.

U.S.-Israel ties spark hatred
I agree with a recent letter stating that Jewish lobbying groups played too important a role in the 4th Congressional District election ("Diverse views important," Aug. 27). The Sharon administration seems to have forgotten the Holocaust of World War II and is trying to perpetrate the same outcome on the Palestinian populace, even at great cost to the Jewish people. And now Sharon wants the United States to attack Iraq for him?
If President Bush were smart, he'd listen to people such as Cynthia McÂKinney and a majority of his constituents and tell Sharon to back off, withdraw his troops (as promised) to the limits directed by the United States, and let Saddam Hussein stew for a bit.
All that our alliance with Israel is getting us is more hatred from the Arab populace in the Middle East.

There was a recent article in the Navy Times (included below after the Reuters article about Israel selling arms to China which also hasn't been covered in the pro-Israel-biased US media) which conveyed that the Admiral Isaac Kidd Naval Court of Inquiry into the USS Liberty attack was a
sham and a fraud (in that Admiral Kidd knew that the Israeli attack on the USS Liberty was deliberate). Why hasn't this been covered in the pro-Israel-biased US media?

But, he added, "I'd be more concerned about it if there was more evidence of (recent) activity" between Israel and China.
The Washington Times in July said U.S. intelligence identified an Israeli-made anti-radar weapon, the unmanned "Harpy" drone, deployed with Chinese forces opposite Taiwan.
A U.S. government source confirmed to Reuters that Israel provided the weapon to China. He called the transfer "astounding" because it is a key weapon that, in China's hands, could impair the effectiveness of U.S. Aegis cruisers.
China, a rising economic and military power, has embarked on a major military modernization and some U.S. officials and analysts view Beijing as a serious potential threat.
BUT DOUBTS PERSIST
Despite the U.S.-China Security Review Commission's concerns, some analysts doubt Israel made any significant recent transfers to China.
Two years ago, under U.S. pressure, Israel suspended the sale to Beijing of four $250 million-a-copy advanced early warning Phalcon aircraft, similar to U.S. AWACS planes.
The proposed deal alarmed the Pentagon and infuriated some members of Congress, who threatened to cut U.S. military aid to Israel if the lucrative deal went through.
U.S. officials and other knowledgeable sources say Israel was stunned at the vehement U.S. reaction and this made Israel even more cautious about future deals with China.
The proposed Phalcon deal "involved indigenous Israeli technology and would have provided lots of jobs for our defense industries," an Israeli official told Reuters.
But it was canceled "because Israel has an understanding with the United States that we will not act in a way that will endanger U.S. national security interests," he said.
"I think Phalcon was a watershed. It showed the level of our commitment" to the United States, said the Israeli official, who spoke on condition of anonymity.
Added a senior U.S. official, "Before the Israelis get in another situation where they are crosswise with us, they'll think twice about it -- the last flap still reverberates."
But D'Amato disagreed. "We still think they are involved in this in a serious way," including high-tech intelligence exchanges and a sharing of missile technology.
Israel began an arms relationship with China in the Cold War with U.S. backing as a means of balancing off the Soviet Union. But the ties have increasingly troubled Washington.
Six years ago, U.S. government reports accused Israel of illegally transferring U.S. technology from the largely U.S.-funded Lavi fighter plane program to China. China's new F-10 fighter jet is said to be nearly identical to the Lavi.
Analysts said that in addition to reaping profits and lowering defense production costs, Israel believes arms sales to China raises its influence with Beijing and gains it vital intelligence about its enemies, with whom China does business.

I agree with a recent letter stating that Jewish lobbying groups played too important a role in the 4th Congressional District election ("Diverse views important," Aug. 27). The Sharon administration seems to have forgotten the Holocaust of World War II and is trying to perpetrate the same outcome on the Palestinian populace, even at great cost to the Jewish people. And now Sharon wants the United States to attack Iraq for him?
If President Bush were smart, he'd listen to people such as Cynthia McÂKinney and a majority of his constituents and tell Sharon to back off, withdraw his troops (as promised) to the limits directed by the United States, and let Saddam Hussein stew for a bit.

KEY INVESTIGATORS EXPRESS BELIEF THAT ISRAEL
DELIBERATELY ATTACKED U.S. SHIP

Thirty-five years after Israeli air and naval
forces attacked a lightly armed U.S. Navy spy ship
during the Arab-Israeli Six-Day War, the CIA
director at the time and the legal counsel to the
Navy's court of inquiry say the attack was
deliberate.
"It was no accident," former CIA director Richard
Helms said May 29, bucking that agency's June 13,
1967, report that indicated the incident could
have been a mistake.
Retired Navy legal counsel Capt. Ward Boston says
he and the court's president, the late Rear Adm.
Isaac "Ike" Kidd, always believed Israeli forces
knowingly attacked the Liberty.
"I feel the Israelis knew what they were doing.
They knew they were shooting at a U.S. Navy ship,"
said Boston, who lives in Coronado, Calif. "That's
the bottom line. I don't care how they tried to
get out of it."
The attack killed 34 men and wounded 172 others,
and sparked a long-running controversy: Did Israel
knowingly try to sink the American ship or did it
believe the ship was an Egyptian vessel?
Officially, the Navy exonerated Israel on June 18,
1967 - 10 days after the attack - when the Navy
court of inquiry found that available evidence
indicated the attack was a case of mistaken
identity.
THE COURT OF INQUIRY
Boston said Kidd told him he believed the attack
was deliberate and that the Israelis knew the ship
was American.
That flies in the face of the findings of Kidd's
court, and also what the author of a new book on
the Liberty says Kidd told him in interviews in
the early 1990s.
A. Jay Cristol, a federal judge in Florida and
retired Navy aviator who also served in the
service's Judge Advocate General's Corps, is the
author of the upcoming "The Liberty Incident."
"Kidd told me an entirely different story," said
Cristol, whose new book is dedicated to Kidd, who
died in 1999.
Cristol said that during one interview with Kidd
in December 1990, Kidd related that when he
brought the court's report to then-Chief of Naval
Operations Adm. David Lamar McDonald, the CNO
asked him, "Ike, was it intentional?"
"Ike said, 'No, Admiral,'" Cristol recalled.
But Boston remembers that when Kidd returned from
Washington, he said officials were not interested
in hearing the truth.
"In military life, you accept the fact that if
you're told to shut up, you shut up. We did what
we were told," Boston said.
He explained that he is willing to talk now
because "everyone else is shooting their mouth
off."
Boston said he does not know whether his beliefs
were shared by the other members of the court,
Capts. Bert M. Atkinson Jr. and Bernard J. Lauff.
Lauff could not be located for comment. Atkinson
died in 1999.
But Boston's statements do put him now in the camp
of retired Adm. Merlin Staring, who as a captain
and staff legal officer in London was initially
told to review the court's report.
Staring said June 3 that the report was taken from
him before he finished his review, but based on
what he had seen, the evidence did not support the
contention that the attack was an accident.
Staring concedes he still has not read the entire
report.
Staring, who went on to become the Navy's top JAG
officer, is now part of a newly formed Liberty
Alliance, which includes former CNO and Joint
Chiefs of Staff chairman Thomas Moorer and two
Marine Medal of Honor recipients, Gen. Ray Davis
and Col. Mitchell Paige.
The group wants a full congressional investigation
into the attack and is lobbying military
organizations, including the Veterans of Foreign
Wars and the American Legion, hoping to garner
support among their members, said Tito Howard, the
group's executive director.
SURVIVORS ALLEGE CONSPIRACY
Many Liberty survivors and their supporters long
have maintained that the attack was deliberate and
that the Kidd report excluded testimony from crew
members that would have shown that.
Boston recalled that testimony was taken from crew
members who said the Israelis fired on life rafts
when they were put into the water.
The court's report includes testimony indicating
the shooting of the life rafts was incidental,
occurring when the ship was strafed by Israeli
jets.
Some allege Israel wanted the spy ship sunk to
ensure it did not pick up communications showing
Israel was planning to seize the Golan Heights
from Syria. Others say it was to prevent Liberty
from intercepting communications dealing with an
alleged Israeli massacre of Egyptian POWs in the
Sinai.
Some Liberty survivors and supporters claim the
U.S. government covered up the incident to avoid a
conflict with Israel that could have cost the
Johnson administration support among Jewish voters
and supporters. Subsequent administrations and
Congresses have avoided a thorough airing of the
incident for the same reasons, they say.
But Cristol says there have been 10 U.S.
investigations, ranging from the court of inquiry
and the CIA's report to several conducted by House
and Senate committees.
Five drew no conclusions regarding Israel,
according to a list compiled by Cristol, while
others accepted that it was an accident.
The most recent official look at the incident was
in 1991, when the House Armed Services
subcommittee on investigations found no evidence
to support the Liberty survivors' claim that
Israel attacked the ship deliberately.
REPORTS AND RECOLLECTIONS
The CIA's report, the earliest of those assembled,
held open the possibility that the attack was a
case of mistaken identity - the finding that the
Kidd court went on to make five days later -
though it did not present that as a conclusion.
In the June 13, 1967, report, the CIA stated that
"an overzealous pilot" could have mistaken the
Liberty for an Egyptian ship, the El Quesir.
Helms, the former CIA director, declined to
discuss the incident at length.
"I've done all I can. I don't want to spend the
rest of my life in court" testifying about the
incident, he said.
Mike Weeks, a naval aviation writer and amateur
historian who studied the official Navy
communications that occurred during and after the
attack and believes it was an accident, said there
is more information on the Liberty still
classified and believes the government should
release all of it.
"Just put it out there and see how it flows," he
said. "The bottom line, all this stuff ought to be
let loose, for heaven's sake."

`Liberty' attack still a mystery

On June 8, 1967, Israeli warplanes and gunboats almost destroyed but did
not sink the USS Liberty.
Even after 35 years, it seems nothing can douse the smoldering dispute
about that attack on the nearly defenseless U.S. intelligence-gathering
vessel. In fact, The Liberty Incident, by A. Jay Cristol, will probably fan
the flames of controversy.
Thirty-four Americans were killed and 172 wounded in the attack. At 69
percent of the crew, it was one of the highest casualty rates ever suffered
by a U.S. Navy vessel.
The focus of the dispute is: Was the attack accidental or intentional?
Israel claimed its forces had mistaken the Liberty for an Egyptian
horse-transport a few miles off the Egyptian coast during the 1967
Arab-Israeli war, and apologized. The Johnson administration accepted the
apology and did not formally challenge the explanation.
However, knowledgeable contemporaries have long claimed the attack was
deliberate. They include, among others, former Secretary of State Dean
Rusk; former CIA Director Richard Helms; former National Security
Administration Director Marshall Carter; one-time presidential advisers
George Ball and Lucius Battle; the Liberty's captain, Cmdr. William
McGonagle; and surviving crew members.
More recently, Capt. Ward Boston, legal counsel to the 1967 naval court of
inquiry presided over by Rear Adm. Isaac Kidd, has spoken up. On June 26,
Boston told a Navy Times reporter he and Kidd believed the Israelis knew
they were attacking an American ship. The court itself, an internal naval
review, did not address the matter of Israeli responsibility.
Curiously, Cristol, whose book is devoted wholeheartedly to the "clear
conclusion" the attack was accidental, there being "no competent evidence
to the contrary," has dedicated his work to Kidd. And he says Kidd told him
he always believed the Israeli attack was accidental. Kidd died in 1999, so
the discrepancy with Boston's statement remains unresolved.
Lt. Cmdr. James Ennes, the Liberty's deck officer during the attack and
author of the book Assault on the Liberty, says Kidd repeatedly encouraged
him to challenge claims of an accident. Cristol apparently interviewed very
few Liberty crew members. He cites no interviews with a dozen who say the
Liberty's life rafts were machine-gunned by the Israeli gunboats, nor with
others who say the Liberty was overflown by an Israeli helicopter filled
with armed men.
Cristol says he was given liberal access to Israeli officials and records,
thanks to Israeli navy friends. He reports an Israeli reconnaissance plane
identified the Liberty as an American ship eight hours before the attack
and Lt. Cmdr. Uri Meretz then specifically identified it as the Liberty. A
marker representing the ship was placed on the plotting table in the war room.
Five hours later - three hours before the attack - the marker was removed,
and this, it is alleged, led to the mistaken assault.
Cristol dismisses various possible motives for an intentional Israeli
attack. One was Israel's need to prevent American foreknowledge of its
impending invasion of Syria's Golan Heights, a move opposed by U.S. policy.
Another was the desire to cover up a massacre of Egyptian prisoners at El
Arish, a few miles from the Liberty.
Members of the Liberty Veterans Association have long complained none of
the U.S. investigations was ever convened to discover whether the attack
was deliberate. They note that even the initial Navy Court of Inquiry took
no testimony from the crew about possible Israeli culpability, leaving that
issue to Congress and the State Department, which ignored the question.
John Borne, in an academic study of the Liberty incident, points out that
this is the only peacetime attack on a U.S. Navy vessel that did not have a
formal congressional investigation.
According to the Navy Times, a number of U.S. naval officers are requesting
a congressional inquiry. Until this demand is met, and until all secret
U.S. government files are released, the Liberty question will probably
remain unanswered.

"Israeli attack on US ship was not accident, says survivor"
On June 8,1967, in the midst of what became known as six day war,
Israeli aircraft and motor boats brutally attacked an American
naval vessel ,the USSLiberty ,in the international waters off
the Sinai peninsula in the Mediterranean sea. The attack lasted
more than two hours, killing 34 American sailors and wounding
171 others. Ever since then, with the survivors of the Liberty
insisting that the attack on Liberty was deliberate and
premeditated, and the Israelis claiming that it was
unintentional, the issue has become a recurring source of
tension between Israel and United States.
Jame Jam newspaper which published the statements of chairman of
the joint chiefs of staff Admiral Thomas Moorer on October 21,
2001 has had the opportunity to interview James Ennes who was an
lieutenant aboard the USS Liberty on the day of attack.
Greeting Mr Ennes, We at Jame Jam newspaper thank you for giving
us this great opportunity to present your side of the story of
USS Liberty.
Q: When did you join the USS Liberty and what position
did you serve on June 8, 1967?
A. I joined the ship in April, 1967. I was a lieutenant and was
assigned to be the ship's Electronic Materiel Officer,
responsible for the maintenance and repair of all of the ship's
electronic equipment. I also stood watches on the bridge as
Officer of the Deck.
Q: There have been many cases of "friendly fire" and
misidentification in wartime. unlike other cases,
attack on USS Liberty has lingered for 35 years and still
remains unresolved.
Israelis claim that attack on Liberty, was also a case of
mistaken identity and that they misidentified Liberty for an
Egyptian horse carrier EL Quseir. One of the reasons that they
present for their argument, is that, the attacking jets circled
the ship three times looking for a flag, but no flag was flown.
Do you agree with that statement?
A: "Friendly fire" is a brief, accidental attack. This was a
prolonged, carefully coordinated attack. It has been called the
most carefully planned "accident" in the history of warfare.
The Israeli account of the attack is untrue. We flew a flag at
all times, and it stood out clearly displayed in a good breeze.
Israeli jets circled us thirteen times during the several hours
before the attack, and during that period we heard their pilots
informing their headquarters by radio that we were American.
When the attack started, the attacking jets passed high
overhead once, then turned 180 degrees and came down the
centerline firing without any attempt to identify us. Long
after the attack I was contacted by an Israeli pilot who told me
that on his first flight over the ship he saw our American flag
and informed his headquarters that we were American but was
told to ignore the flag and attack anyway. He refused to do so
and returned to base where he was arrested. I was told by an
Israeli in the war room that they knew we were American. I have
been told by several American intelligence analysts who read or
in some cases heard the messages between the pilots and their
headquarters that these messages make it very clear that the
pilots and their headquarters knew we were American.
Q: You have written a book titled "Assault on Liberty". What are
some of the most convincing reasons or evidences that you have
presented in that book, which proves the Israelis knowingly
attacked Liberty?
A: Among other things, the extensive reconnaissance, the fact
that the attack continued for 75 minutes and the fact that they
compiled a totally false account of what happened. After the
torpedo explosion the torpedo boats examined our name in
English on the stern and our American flag on the mast from
less than fifty feet away, and continued to fire from close
range for another 40 minutes. As US Secretary of State Dean
Rusk said later, an accident may occur for a few minutes; there
is no way our very distinctive-looking ship could have been
fired upon for 75 minutes from close range without it being
recognized as American.
In the hours after the attack a "consensus report" was written
reflecting the view of all American intelligence agencies that
the attack was deliberate. This report was circulated, but was
withdrawn and cancelled and all copies destroyed because it was
too embarrassing politically to be allowed to stand.

before a jewish audience and say something as ridiculous as the following
statement:
"The Israelis know that if the Iraqi or the Iranian army came across the
Jordan River, I would personally grab a rifle, get in a ditch, and fight and
die." 43

We have reviewed how the Zionists used and discarded Germany. Then they used
and discarded Great Britain. After World War II, it was clear that the chief
remaining global power was the United States. Now the USA had never had any
problem with the Arab people, and had no reason to quarrel with the Arabs.
For the Zionists to maintain and expand the support they were receiving from
America, it would benefit them greatly if the Arabs and the mighty US could
somehow become enemies. Could the Zionists possibly stoop so low? Why not?
Look at what they had already pulled off! Remember that the official motto
of the Mossad (Israeli's intelligence organization) is "by way of deception
thou shalt do war." 26
In 1955, one of these "false flag" operations was publicly exposed for the
world to see. Israeli agents, impersonating Arab terrorists, were caught
staging a series of bombings against American installations in Egypt. 27
When this conspiracy was exposed, it ultimately created such a controversy
that it brought down the Israeli government. The long since forgotten
scandal became known as "the Lavon Affair".
Then again during a 1967 war with the Arabs, Israeli gunboats and fighter
jets deliberately attacked the USS Liberty, an unarmed US communications
ship. 28 Thirty five American sailors were murdered and 170 others injured
in a prolonged Israeli onslaught - carried out in broad daylight and with
the U.S. flag flying prominently. The intent was to kill all of the
Americans and then leave the Egyptians to take the blame. Israel denied that
the attack was deliberate but the chilling stories of the lucky American
survivors clearly contradicts that lie. To this very day, the U.S. Congress
has never investigated the USS Liberty massacre.
In 1989, the Israelis once again succeeded in framing enemy Arabs in order
to enrage America. Former Mossad case officer Victor Ostrosvky became so
disgusted with the criminal behavior of his own government that he defected
from the Mossad and tried to warn America of just how evil and dangerous
they were. Ostrovsky revealed exactly how the Israelis framed Libya for the
bombing of a German night club which killed American servicemen. 29 It was
this frame up job that caused President Reagan to bomb Libya, killing the 4
year old daughter of Libyan leader Muamar Qadaffi. France refused to allow
US bombers to fly over their air space and bomb Libya because French
intelligence knew that Libya was unjustly framed by the Israelis. Among some
of Ostrovosky's other amazing revelations are: that the Mossad often uses
Arab agents to carry out missions, that Israeli agents are skilled at
impersonating Arabs, that Mossad had a plan to turn American public opinion
against Iraq, and that wealthy Zionists in America are often called upon to
help carry out Mossad missions. Ostrovsky, whose tell all book, By Way of
Deception, infuriated the Mossad and made him the target of numerous death
threats. 30
In 2001, the Washington Times ran a story about a 68 page research paper
issued by the Army School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS). The research
was compiled by 60 US Army officers as an attempt to predict the possible
outcomes of deploying a US force to maintain peace between the Israel and
Palestinians. Here's what SAMS had to say about the Israeli military
machine:
"a 500 pound gorilla in Israel. Well armed and trained. Operates in both
Gaza and the West Bank. Known to disregard international law to accomplish
mission" 31
Of Israel's Mossad, the officers issued this warning:
"Wildcard. Ruthless and cunning. Has capability to target US forces and make
it look like a Palestinian Arab act." 32 (emphasis added)
Why does the US, which is trillions of dollars in debt, gives away billons
of taxpayer dollars to a foreign government whose military violates
international laws and whose Mossad is capable of murdering US troops in
order to frame Arabs? Have we lost our minds?
