| Your desperate need to attack people just for the sake of attacking them is quite amusing. | | | | Von Curtis | | Posted: Sun Apr 26, 2009 2:11 am Post subject: have we come full circle solidarity with indigenous people |
| http://www.warwithoutend.co.uk/the-americas/2009/04/26/have-we-come-full-circle-solidarity-with-indigenous-people.php Have we come full circle? Comments from "It's an Illusion" http://informationclearinghouse.info/article22481.htm Yes it most certainly is an illusion. "I ask in what code of law of nations, or by what process of abstract deduction, their rights have been extinguished?" -Senator Theodore Frelinghuysen, 1830- The illusion upon this continent begins in earnest. Who was this man? We are acutely aware of this man in our history. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ The...e_Frelinghuysen Snip: "As a Senator, he led the opposition to the Indian Removal Act of 1830. His six-hour speech against the Removal Act was delivered over the course of three days, and warned of the dire consequences of the policy: "Let us beware how, by oppressive encroachments upon the sacred privileges of our Indian neighbors, we minister to the agonies of future remorse." Frelinghuysen was chided for mixing his evangelical Christianity with politics, and the Removal Act was passed." ~~~ His speech in Senate on April 9, 1830, during he debate on the removal bill. http://www.uintahbasintah.org/ pa...elinghuysen.pdf The Indian Removal Act was signed into law by Andrew Jackson on May 28, 1830 http://www.loc.gov/rr/program/bi...ocs/ Indian.html Homestead Act of 1862 http://www.nathankramer.com/sett...e/ homestead.htm On the other side of the fence. "The Canadian government had no right to make surveys in the territory without the express permission of the people of the settlement." -Louis Riel, 1869- Have we come full circle? Yes we have and hopefully more people will understand. 8 years after Reil told the bogus Canadian government they had no right, the Mohawks put this pivotal question forward. "What is your power and authority to rule our people?" -Mohawk spokesman,1877- The question of their authority and jurisdiction has been before the "Tin Crown" since day one to which they refuse to answer. Religious Orders and bogus entities have twisted the human beyond his natural soul of self recognition within the web of planetary life of all things. The Legacy of Fifteenth Century Religious Prejudice Origins of the Doctrine of Discovery http://ili.nativeweb.org/sdrm_art.html Within this imposed colonial law and as identified as a citizen "you can" execute...within the perimeters of your system of justice for crimes committed but this takes courage for which there is little of. http://www.constitution.org/gros...sack/ arrest.htm http://www.criminalattorney.com/ ...zens_arrest.htm The manipulation perfectly designed to get us to eradicate ourselves for the sole purpose of theft and their undeniable treachery. This bears highlighting and if you have been through the link you will know this is the last segment. You'll notice he wrote this in 1993, 17 years ago. Just before the 500th anniversary of the Inter Cetera bulls. Snip: "In a country set up to maintain a strict separation of church and state, the Doctrine of Discovery should have long ago been declared unconstitutional because it is based on a prejudicial treatment of Native American people simply because they were not Christians at the time of European arrival. By penalizing Native people on the basis of their non-Christian religious beliefs and ceremonial practices, stripping them of most of their lands and most of their sovereignty, the Johnson v. McIntosh ruling stands as a monumental violation of the "natural rights" of humankind, as well as the most fundamental human rights of indigenous peoples. As we move beyond the quincentennial of Columbus' invasion of the Americas, it is high time to formally renounce and put an end to the religious prejudice that was written into U.S. law by Chief Justice John Marshall. Whether or not the American people - especially the Christian right - prove willing to assist Native people in getting the Johnson ruling overturned will say a lot to the world community about just how seriously the United States takes its own foundational principles of liberty, justice, and religious freedom. As we approach the 500th anniversary of the Inter Cetera bulls on May 3 and 4 of 1993, it is important to keep in mind that the Doctrine of Discovery is still being used by countries throughout the Americas to deny the rights of indigenous peoples, and to perpetuate colonization throughout the Western Hemisphere. To begin to bring that system of colonization to an end, and to move away from a cultural and spiritual tradition of subjugation, we must overturn the doctrine at its roots. Therefore, I propose that non-Native people - especially Christians - unite in solidarity with indigenous peoples of the Western Hemisphere to impress upon Pope John Paul II how important it is for him to revoke, in a formal ceremony with indigenous people, the Inter Cetera bulls of 1493. Revoking those papal documents and overturning the Johnson v. McIntosh decision are two important first steps toward correcting the injustices that have been inflicted on indigenous peoples over the past five hundred years. They are also spiritually significant steps toward creating a way of life that is no longer based on greed and subjugation. Perhaps then we will be able to use our newfound solidarity to begin to create a lifestyle based on the first indigenous principle: "Respect the Earth and have a Sacred Regard for All Living Things." ~~~ The Indigenous want the papal bulls Rescinded! Full stop. Inhabitant | 04.25.09 - 2:23 pm | # The Ultimate Delusion http://www.theforbiddenknowledge.com/hardtruth/ultimate_delusion.htm There are no states, just corporations. Every body politic on this planet is a corporation. A corporation is an artificial entity, a fiction at law. They only exist in your mind. They are images in your mind, that speak to you. We labor, pledge our property and give our children to a fiction. We are living under the Babylonian Talmud. It was brought into England in 1066 and has been enforced by the Pope, Kings and the various religions ever since. It is total and relentless mind control, people are taught to believe in things that do not exist. Private International Law, which is commercial law, only deals with fictions, known as persons. A person is a fictional entity at law, not a living being. See UCC 1-201. Now before you scream that the UCC is unconstitutional I'm sorry people, you are not a party to any constitution. You see, we are cows, the IRS is company who milks the cows and the United States Inc. is the veterinarian who takes care of the herd and Great Britain is the Owner of the farm in fee simple. The farm is held in allodium by the Pope. Now the picture will become much clearer after reading the next few paragraphs. We will now show the Popes involvement in the scheme of things. "Convinced that the principles of religion contribute most powerfully to keep nations in the state of passive obedience which they owe to their princes, the high contracting parties declare it to be their intention to sustain in their respective states, those measures which the clergy may adopt with the aim of ameliorating their interests, so intimately connected with the preservation of the authority of the princes; and the contracting powers join in offering their thanks to the Pope for what he has already done for them, and solicit his constant cooperation in their views of submitting the nations." | THOUGHT FOR THE DAY! " We must rapidly begin the shift from a "thing"-oriented society to a "person"-oriented society. When machines and computers, profit motives and property rights are considered more important than people, the giant triplets of racism, materialism and militarism are incapable to being conquered. | Quote: To give the other side of history, the revisionist side--to give voice to the voiceless millions of dead victims of Judaic Communism--is regarded as "hateful" by the vain Zionists who demand for themselves the right to vomit forth a daily barrage of sewage upon the sacred memory of our grandparents and ancestors. To defend against the dishonoring of our heritage and our ancestors, is surely not hate; it is the right of self-defense against psychological warfare. http://www.warwithoutend.co.uk/uk-and-europe/2009/04/29/dresden-a-real-holocaust-act-of-terrorism-page-4.php Dresden - A Real Holocaust & Act Of Terrorism | | | | Von Curtis | | Posted: Mon May 04, 2009 3:00 am Post subject: PEOPLE POWER |
| http://www.agmates.com/blog/2009/05/03/the-fear-pandemic/comment-page-1/#comment-30730 People have got to get their fear level about anything/everything down or they will go nuts not to mention be exploited by those gov/media/corporates who love control. My biggest fear is that people won't wake up to this rigged monetary system we have and that both parties are controlled by private bankster groups outside our country. 'The argument that the two parties should represent opposed ideals and policies, one, perhaps, of the Right and the other of the Left, is a foolish idea acceptable only to doctrinaire and academic thinkers. Instead, the two parties should be almost identical, so that the American people can "throw the rascals out" at any election without leading to any profound or extensive shifts in policy. -- Carroll Quigley, Tragedy and Hope: A History of the World in our Time' http://www.organicconsumers.org/articles/article_14859.cfm 'Our unconstitutional monetary system, that allows private bankers to undeservedly (to put it mildly) accumulate HUGE wealth and power through interest, is the number ONE problem of the US and the world! We can be citizens of the world in thinking and communicating on the internet BUT it doesn't and won't work physically - we need local control of our countries for ourselves and our children's welfare. | http://www.911oz.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=24419#post24419 It's apparently either them or us - Usury or humanity why would you believe in the Greens http://www.911oz.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=4488 or the Liberals, Labor or Nationals ????? - they all take instructions from the BIS, IMF and World Bank which are above the law and are not audited. ( Coordinating their monetary policies with each other through the BIS, the central bankers meet behind closed doors, appoint their own governors and set their own rules. Their books are not subject to audit by the governments that host them. They work together as a brotherhood with the compact that an attack on one member is an attack on them all, transferring assets from one member to another to keep their syndicate intact. (NATO was created by the same cartel of financiers to protect their financial interests in Europe and operates under the same compact.) http://informationclearinghouse.info/article22531.htm The International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank, created after World War II, are tentacles of the BIS central bank syndicate. Government treasuries are the predators’ target. The World Bank and BIS develop markets for credit by enticing unsuspecting governments to borrow huge sums of money and then strangles them with compound interest that creates insurmountable debt. As these governments invariably default, the IMF restructures the debt with new loans funded by the taxpayers of its 184 member countries, thereby reimbursing private investors with the confiscated wages of workers. In return for IMF loans, debtor nations are forced to surrender their national sovereignty and “open” their economies to “free-market neo-liberal” invaders that strip the assets of the country using deregulation and privatization schemes. Dignifying this criminal racketeering with the term “structural adjustment programs,” these transnational pirates slash social programs, rob taxpayers, privatize banks and government services, steal ownership of public utilities and transfer the nation’s treasures to private bank accounts, leaving in their wake bankrupt economies, a cheap slave labor force and devastating poverty. http://nikkialexander.wordpress.com/ ' “supranational sovereignty:” is what the BIS, IMF and World Bank are after sovereign nations have no right to self-determination, no right to elected representatives that are accountable to the people; no right to constitutional covenants. National currencies, government regulations, international law, environmental and worker protections are seen as obstacles to greed that must be demolished. In their world view the earth is for selfish plundering and humanity is but a slave labor force to be exploited. Free trade means freedom to steal whatever is desired without restraint, freedom to abuse and exploit human beings everywhere on earth and freedom to unleash financial terrorism without consequences. The United States has been bankrupted and gutted by the “supranational sovereignty” of syndicate predators whose vision of Utopia is feudalistic dictatorship. National soveriegn governments even with a farcial attempt at Democracy like the USA are in their sights.' 'Monolithic conglomerates are lethal by nature. The greater their scope, the greater the systemic risk of contagious catastrophic collapse ~ a fact we are now witnessing. The global agribusiness cartel is bankrupting farmers (driving them to suicide) and poisoning every continent with GMOs that are contaminating the earth’s natural seeds. [26] The distribution of food is controlled by the same handful of transnational syndicate corporations. The global central bank cartel is strangling every country with debt. The global gambling casino has destroyed productive economies worldwide. Genuine disintegration of the world financial system would be an opportunity to dis – integrate the global tentacles of every syndicate conglomerate that is destroying human freedom and the earth’s life systems.' -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | | | Von Curtis | | | | Cowboy | | Posted: Wed May 06, 2009 1:23 am Post subject: |
